Change Leadership Role

We are seeking a seasoned Transformation Manager to lead our Future Hub Change team through a successful transformation. As a pivotal member of this team, you will play a key role in driving change in response to organizational needs.

You will work closely with the program team and Risk Management Stream Lead to develop and deliver change plans that uplift the organization's risk management system. This includes providing end-to-end change management services, identifying and proactively managing risks and issues associated with the impact of change, and developing plans to mitigate these risks.

  • Providing end-to-end change management services to support implementation, including impact analysis, stakeholder identification and mapping, communications and engagement, gap analysis and transition planning
  • Using a structured approach to develop and execute change management, communication and capability plans
  • Identifying and proactively managing risks and issues associated with the impact of change and developing plans to mitigate
  • Preparing materials to build awareness and understanding of new business processes, frameworks and engagement models
  • Working collaboratively with all members of the program team to ensure the organization is able to meet its objectives

To be successful in this role, you will have extensive experience leading organizations through transformations in highly complex environments, with multiple streams of work. You will also need to demonstrate excellent writing and presentation skills, the ability to independently identify, analyze and solve problems using a logical, systematic and sequential approach, and experience working with senior stakeholders.
