Business Technology Consultant Role

We are seeking an experienced Business Technology Consultant to work with top telecommunications companies in Western Australia. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance to clients on optimizing their business operations.

This role involves managing a portfolio of small to medium-sized businesses in Perth, providing strategic support, sales, customer service, and insights to improve their performance. You will work closely with our Relationship Manager to form a strong partnership and achieve excellent results.

  • Build relationships with clients and identify opportunities to enhance their business operations
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on technology solutions to drive business growth
  • Analyze client needs and develop tailored plans to meet their objectives
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and progress

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the Telco or IT industry
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
