Senior Agreement Manager Position

The position of Senior Agreement Manager is a critical role within our organization, responsible for overseeing agreements and ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to our clients.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage all environmental health and safety requirements for client sites
  • Oversee hiring, onboarding, and training processes for new team members
  • Coordinate staffing schedules, including relief and travel arrangements
  • Manage purchasing for contracted services
  • Ensure leases and vehicle maintenance requirements are upheld to standards
  • Liaise with local service providers and community organizations
  • Provide daily guidance, mentorship, and technical expertise to direct reports
  • Effectively communicate with key personnel at all levels
  • Compile and present detailed monthly reports and bi-annual contract review meetings
  • Manage drill consumable refurbishment workshop operations
  • Ensure profitable control of each contracted site
  • Identify and develop training requirements at each site
  • Organize and facilitate regular client training sessions and materials

Essential Requirements:

  • Relevant qualifications to work remotely on client sites
  • HR certification
  • FL, CV & DG High Risk Work Licenses
  • RIIHAN309F - Conduct telescopic materials handler operations
  • First Aid/CPR certification

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Good understanding of service business processes
  • Leadership and financial management skills
  • Ability to lead diverse teams
