Job Description

This role is critical to the company, involving both pre- and post-tender responsibilities. The incumbent will review, negotiate, and execute supply contracts in accordance with risk management guidelines and company policies.

The Supply Agreement Specialist will collaborate with various departments to ensure compliance with contractual obligations. They will also support local businesses in delivering products and services as per the agreement.

In addition, they will identify and notify possible variations in line with the agreement. They will streamline processes, conduct root cause analysis, and optimize project processes.

The ideal candidate will possess a degree in law, engineering, business, accounting, quantity surveying, or project management. They should have a good understanding of the construction industry and familiarity with common forms of supply contracts.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Degree in law, engineering, business, accounting, quantity surveying, or project management
  • Understanding of the construction industry
  • Familiarity with common forms of supply contracts and agreements
