Job Opportunity: Senior Agreement Manager
">Our organization is seeking an experienced Senior Agreement Manager to oversee the performance of complex, high-value agreements. The successful candidate will provide expert agreement advice and guidance while ensuring adherence to our established framework.
>Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure all agreements are managed in line with our framework, including procurement policies and standards.
- Review engagement deliverables, such as risk registers, scopes of work, specifications, drawings, and pricing schedules.
- Monitor and manage compliance to contractor plans, including safety, environmental, quality, schedule, and pricing schedule requirements.
- Verify and certify contractors' claims, including progress, variations, extensions of time, and complete contractor performance reporting.
Requirements:
- Degree or equivalent in Business, Law, or Commerce.
- Agreement Management Qualification.
- Broad knowledge and expertise, with a proven understanding of agreement management.
- At least 10 years of significant experience in agreement management, including high-value and highly complex agreements.
