State Agreement and Approvals Coordinator

The role requires a dynamic professional to provide advice on State Agreement and manage the coordination of approvals advice from multiple Subject Matter Experts. The candidate will work across mining and infrastructure projects in Western Australian, requiring experience and understanding of WA regulatory approvals.
The position involves managing multiple projects, maintaining flexibility to adapt to changing business conditions, and working collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Provide technical advice on State Agreement approvals requirements
- Obtain State Agreement approvals and ensure compliance requirements are identified to enable strategic business planning
- Provide advice to Project teams regarding approvals pathways, risks, and opportunities
- Support collaboration between Project teams and Approvals SMEs to coordinate the early identification of regulatory approvals requirements and deliver the internal Permitting process
Key responsibilities include developing and maintaining approvals schedules, coordinating monthly schedule updates and Approvals reporting, and maintaining accurate records and documentation associated with State Agreement and Approvals Advice tasks.
