We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled physiotherapist to join our team in a graduate program. The successful candidate will play a critical role in assisting clients with physical injuries and secondary psychosocial barriers to participate in graduated return to work programs.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing initial rehabilitation assessment and planning
  • Case management for clients returning to same employment or transitioning to new employment
  • Worksites assessments, functional capacity evaluations, home, office, and vehicle ergonomic assessments
  • Injury prevention training relevant to customer needs and completing work task analyses and preparing job dictionaries
