**Job Title:** Physiotherapist Graduate Program

Your role involves conducting initial rehabilitation assessments and developing comprehensive rehabilitation plans to support clients with physical injuries and secondary psychosocial barriers. You will work closely with clients to identify their strengths and limitations, and develop tailored rehabilitation strategies to help them achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough assessments of clients' physical abilities and develop targeted rehabilitation plans
  • Provide case management services to support clients' return to work and life after injury
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and support for clients
  • Deliver injury prevention training and education to clients and employers
  • Conduct worksite assessments and provide recommendations for improving workplace safety and accessibility

**Requirements:**

  • Relevant qualification in physiotherapy (graduate level)
  • Strong communication and case management skills
