Physiotherapist - APM Graduate Program

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Physiotherapist to join our dynamic team as part of our graduate program.

  • This is a two-year opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in physiotherapy, working with clients on their journey to return to work and life after physical or psychological injury.

You will be responsible for:

Key Responsibilities
  • Conducting initial rehabilitation assessments and planning to assist clients with physical injuries and psychosocial barriers to participate in Graduated Return to Work Programs.
  • Managing cases for clients transitioning back to the same or new employment.
  • Providing services within your scope of practice, including:
    • Worksite assessments
    • Functional Capacity Evaluations
    • Ergonomic assessments for home, office, and vehicle environments
    • Injury prevention training tailored to client needs
    • Work task analyses and job dictionary preparation
  • Collaborating with medical teams to assess clients' health and work capacity.
  • Documenting case notes and reports.
  • Supporting veterans in achieving their psychosocial, medical, and vocational goals.
  • Gaining experience across various insurance schemes and working with self-insured employers.
  • Training to deliver the Virtual Reality Empowered Pain program for clients with persistent pain.
