Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Physiotherapist to work in a weekend opportunity at Noarlunga Hospital. This is a great chance for you to drive patient recovery and provide comprehensive rehabilitation services across a diverse patient group during weekend shifts.

About the Role:
As a Senior Physiotherapist, you will assess, treat, and manage complex cases while providing clinical supervision and guidance to junior staff. You will also be responsible for leading the development, review, and evaluation of evidence-based clinical protocols, policies, procedures, and resources to ensure alignment with best practice standards and optimal patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
* Assess and treat patients with a range of conditions
* Provide clinical supervision and guidance to junior staff
* Develop, review, and evaluate evidence-based clinical protocols, policies, procedures, and resources
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality patient care

Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Extensive clinical experience delivering physiotherapy services to diverse patients in acute medical settings
* Expertise in managing complex cases and providing specialized care for older adults
* Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, including advanced negotiation, consultation, and conflict resolution abilities
* Demonstrated leadership capabilities or strong motivation to develop management skills
* Degree or equivalent that entitles registration as a physiotherapist with the relevant professional body
