Job Overview

The role of Leasing Performance Analyst involves spearheading the adoption of innovative systems to streamline data collection and analysis, delivering accurate, timely, and meaningful insights.

This position will require working closely with Analyst, Asset Management, and Leasing teams to implement new technologies and systems that transform how we collect, analyze, and report leasing performance across our assets.

  • Spearhead the adoption of innovative systems to streamline data collection and analysis
  • Develop and maintain a suite of leasing outputs that deliver insights at asset, Fund, and portfolio levels
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and industry peers to gather market intelligence
  • Support and mentor Asset Analysts in financial modelling and feasibility studies
  • Prepare leasing statistics and trend reports to inform strategic decisions
  • Lead the charge on data governance, ensuring accuracy and integrity in reporting
About This Role

To succeed in this position, you will need:

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications
  • Experience in commercial real estate roles or a mix of experience in valuations/leasing/asset analysis
  • Proven experience building, using and/or reviewing models
  • Experience within the property sector essential
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office
  • Working knowledge of Power BI or similar data visualisation tools
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with MRI & Forbury modelling software desirable
  • Highly numerate and competent in modelling and analysis
  • Advanced knowledge of Cougar or similar forecasting product
