Corporate Leasing Specialist

We are seeking a highly experienced Corporate Leasing Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will manage large leasing transactions end-to-end, working closely with clients to deliver high-quality results.

  • Develop and implement streamlined processes to improve efficiency and competitiveness
  • Manage multiple leasing mandates simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and deadlines
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of leasing activities with other business functions

Requirements:

  • 5–10 years PAE experience in corporate leasing, preferably from a top or mid-tier firm
  • Strong knowledge of corporate leasing laws and regulations
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
