We are seeking a skilled Desktop Support Officer to join our team. As a key member of our IT support team, you will be responsible for providing timely and accurate assistance to end-users within our desktop computing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support for desktop computing environment, including troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues.
  • Assist with the installation and configuration of new hardware and software.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of IT systems, including Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office applications, and PC/Laptop hardware.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless support and service delivery.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest IT trends and technologies to ensure our clients receive the best possible service.

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of relevant experience in a similar role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to work with diverse stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of IT systems, including Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office applications, and PC/Laptop hardware.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
