Project Management Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum 5 years of experience managing commercial plumbing projects from start to finish, including experience running projects from $200k to $2 mil.

The role involves planning, coordinating, and executing commercial plumbing projects safely, profitably, and in line with high standards.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing multiple commercial plumbing projects concurrently.
  • Coordinating with clients, designers, architects, and general contractors to review drawings and specifications.
  • Gathering handover documents and preparing relevant forms throughout the project.
  • Preparing monthly progress claims.
  • Attending site meetings.
  • Overseeing procurement of materials, labour, plant, and equipment.
  • Supervising site teams and subcontractors.

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience managing commercial plumbing projects.
  • Strong understanding of plumbing systems and design, code requirements, drawings, specifications, and reports.
  • Proven ability to manage budgets, timelines, and teams.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills.
  • Proficient in computer systems and software applications, including Microsoft Office and Bluebeam.
