We're seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead our team.

The Senior Project Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing commercial plumbing projects from pre-construction through closeout. You will serve as the main point of contact between site teams, clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure all projects are completed safely, profitably, and in line with high standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage multiple commercial plumbing projects from start to finish.
  • Coordinate with clients, designers, architects, and general contractors to review drawings and specifications.
  • Gather handover documents and prepare relevant forms throughout the project.
  • Prepare monthly progress claims.
  • Attend site meetings.
  • Oversee procurement of materials, labor, plant, and equipment.
  • Supervise site teams and subcontractors and conduct regular job site visits.
  • Monitor project progress and adjust programs as needed to meet milestones.
  • Collaborate with staff to ensure readiness and troubleshoot design issues onsite.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience managing commercial plumbing projects.
  • Previous experience running projects ranging from $200k to $2 mil, including multi-story residential buildings and industrial warehouses.
  • Strong understanding of plumbing systems and design, code requirements, drawings, specifications, and reports.
  • Proven ability to manage budgets, timelines, and teams.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in computer systems and software applications, with strong computer literacy across Microsoft Office and Bluebeam.
