As a Product Manager, you will play a key role in developing and enhancing our core products, ensuring they meet the needs of our customers.

The Everyday Business Banking team is responsible for creating transformative technology and products that help businesses engage with their customers and suppliers. We are seeking 2 x Product Managers to drive product development and enhancement of our core products, including Transit.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience in financial services, ideally with exposure to eCommerce or payments
  • Technical eCommerce or merchant acquiring knowledge
  • Experience with Agile project delivery
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and work flexibly through change
  • Experience working in an agile environment and collaborating with others

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Drive product development and enhancement of our core products
  • Lead continuous improvement across product features and processes
  • Monitor the competitive landscape and identify emerging trends
  • Manage cross-functional teams
  • Translate customer insights into actionable product requirements and roadmaps
  • Align business and technical teams around shared objectives
  • Oversee certification processes and terminal migration projects
  • Collaborate with regulatory bodies to develop compliant solutions
  • Lead large-scale infrastructure and legacy system migration projects using robust risk assessment and change management
  • Design and launch payment products supporting multi-channel transactions
