Job Title: Aso2 - Station Support OfficerKey Responsibilities:• Provide professional customer service to the public visiting a police station.• Answer caller enquiries, provide/record information and/or re-direct to the most appropriate officer or service provider.• Respond to face-to-face station enquiries, taking of reports, recording of information and/or referring to the most appropriate officer or service provider.• Undertake a broad range of administrative duties associated with the efficient operation of the police station.Requirements:• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.About This Role:We are seeking an experienced and skilled Station Support Officer to join our team.
