Station and Team Support Officer

This role is part of a larger organization, responsible for providing professional customer service to the public at police stations.

  • Provide a high level of customer service
  • Answer caller enquiries, provide information and/or redirect to the most appropriate officer or service provider.
  • Respond to face-to-face station enquiries, taking reports, recording information and/or referring to the most appropriate officer or service provider.
  • Undertake administrative duties essential for the efficient operation of the police station.

The incumbent will be required to undertake necessary training, participate in multi-skilling and job rotation across various locations.

  • These locations could include intelligence, operations, investigations, traffic, criminal justice, administration or police stations.
  • The incumbent will support these areas as needed and according to business requirements.

The incumbent must have current Australian work eligibility status and undergo a criminal history check.
