Senior Operations Coordinator Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and driving business growth of e-scooter services in Adelaide.

  • Manage day-to-day operations to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Perform administrative tasks such as shift scheduling and manpower deployment planning.
  • Coordinate with drivers to maintain city availability, retrieve issues, and return scooters to designated parking stations.
  • Ensure timely deployment of e-scooters at designated stations to support consumer demand.
  • Conduct quality control and basic maintenance on e-scooters.

We are looking for a self-starter with strong leadership skills, able to manage teams 'in the field' and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Qualifications:
  • A valid Open Class Driver Licence.
  • Flexible work schedule with ability to work weekends.
  • Prior experience in warehouse operations, particularly in the mobility or supply-chain space.
  • Prior mechanical experience with ability to service and repair e-scooters.
  • Prior experience in stock planning and management.
