Key roles within our organisation provide a range of administrative and customer service functions to support efficient operations.

As one of the first points of contact, you will deliver professional customer service, answer enquiries, and respond to station visitors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support, including undertaking a range of duties associated with efficient operations.
  • Answer caller enquiries, provide information and/or redirect to appropriate personnel.
  • Respond to face-to-face station enquiries, taking reports, recording information and/or referring to relevant staff.

Administrative activities, ensuring high levels of customer service, are also required.

Special Conditions
  • Candidates must hold a current work eligibility status and be subject to a criminal history check.
  • Some out-of-hours work and travel may be necessary.
Requirements
  • Australian citizenship or residency.
  • Relevant qualifications and experience in administration or related fields.
  • Effective teamwork and communication skills.
