Job Title: Invoice Processing Specialist

The role of the Invoice Processing Specialist is to ensure seamless and efficient processing of invoices from receipt to allocation.

This includes:

  1. Verifying PO requisitions and submitting for approval in a timely manner.
  2. Forwarding approved PO documents and ensuring correct coding for accurate tracking.
  3. Directing invoices to approvers and receiving them against POs while maintaining accuracy and compliance.
  4. Performing PO reconciliations and resolving any discrepancies that may arise.

In addition to these key responsibilities, the Invoice Processing Specialist will also be involved in financial processing and validation, as well as payment processing and credit notes.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Proficiency in MS Office with a focus on Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and ability to work autonomously.
  • Discretion and maturity when handling confidential information.

Prior experience with IPOS or similar systems and familiarity with vendor onboarding and contract workflows are highly desirable but not necessary. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to effectively collaborate with the team.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excel (Advanced) - Data analysis, pivot tables, etc.
  • Word (Intermediate) - Document creation, formatting, etc.
  • PowerPoint (Intermediate) - Presentation design, animation, etc.
  • MS Access (Beginner) - Database design, data entry, etc.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with IPOS or similar systems
  • Familiarity with vendor onboarding and contract workflows
