Key Role: Brand Strategist

The Brand Manager plays a pivotal role in shaping the Ostelin brand's strategic direction, driving product and promotional innovation to effectively engage consumers. Key responsibilities include overseeing consumer marketing strategies, communication, new product development, go-to-market tactics, packaging, claims, and promotions.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement impactful brand strategies through effective use of promotional elements.
  • Contribute to annual growth planning processes to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Interpret market data, identify areas for improvement, and develop targeted strategies to enhance brand positioning and performance.
  • Stay up-to-date on market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
  • Utilize consumer insights to craft compelling communication briefs that drive results.
  • Lead digital strategy efforts in collaboration with the digital team to create engaging content that meets online marketing objectives.
  • Develop or localize campaigns, ensuring alignment with legal and regulatory guidelines and executing with agencies.
  • Design and execute innovative activation plans leveraging presence at point-of-sale, digital, and social media channels.
  • Oversee the design of go-to-market programs to guarantee achievement of objectives related to brand activation and digital presence.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify risks and opportunities for the brand.
  • Collaborate with global and regional marketing teams as required to deliver impactful activations across advertising, communications, product experiences, and co-marketing efforts.
  • Manage relationships with external agencies and optimize brand investment opportunities through ROI analysis and successful management of advertising and promotion budget.
  • Evaluate all business and promotional activities to ensure compliance with relevant acts, laws, and ethical standards, including industry codes of conduct.
