Job Title: Technical Solutions Engineer

As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-level technical support, driving cutting-edge product development, and ensuring customer-centric solutions that consistently exceed expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the technical bridge between customers and engineering, translating challenges into actionable solutions.
  • Support product innovation, working closely with Digital R&D to advance next-gen digital products and reverse engineering initiatives.
  • Lead concept development, utilizing CAD modeling and engineering standards to create cost-effective, high-quality solutions.
  • Ensure safety and compliance, aligning designs with legal requirements and 'safety in design' principles.
  • Validate digital products, conducting trials and performance evaluations in close collaboration with the sales team.
  • Deliver insights, investigating market trends, customer pain points, and technical growth opportunities.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong technical acumen, with expertise in CAD modeling, engineering validation, and digital product trials.
  • A customer-first approach, ensuring technical support and solutions align with market needs.
  • A collaboration mindset, working closely with the Engineering Team Lead and Product Manager to bring innovations to life.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to review and refine product designs for optimal performance.
  • Attention to detail, ensuring high-quality execution of engineering activities, from validation to product documentation.
