Lead Clinician Role

The role of Lead Clinician is crucial in delivering exceptional care to our residents. As a seasoned professional, you will have the opportunity to lead a team of clinicians and develop a positive culture that prioritizes resident-centered care.

We are seeking an experienced leader who can oversee clinical responsibilities, develop and mentor a team of clinicians, and collaborate with a supportive General Manager to achieve our objectives.

The ideal candidate will possess experience in leadership or management, RN AHPRA registration, and the ability to drive clinical excellence in their area of operation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading a team of clinicians and fostering a culture that emphasizes resident-centered care
  • Overseeing clinical responsibilities and developing a team of skilled clinicians
  • Collaborating with a General Manager to drive business outcomes and achieve goals
  • Maintaining vigilant monitoring of the successful delivery of the Aged Care Standards
