  • Develop and implement plans to improve patient outcomes.

  • Maintain open communication channels and foster positive working relationships.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Registered Nurse or Health Professional qualification.
  • Proven experience in team leadership and management.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and make sound decisions.
