Transforming lives and futures requires a dedicated professional to lead our clinical operations. As a seasoned leader, you will oversee the delivery of Audiology services, Speech Pathology, Listening and Spoken Language (LSL), and Hearing Screening across all our centres.

  • Develop high-performing multidisciplinary teams, driving operational excellence and embedding evidence-based practices.
  • Drive cultural transformation, shaping a collaborative, client-focused, and performance-driven environment.
  • Contribute to strategic planning, service expansion, and innovation, ensuring strong workforce planning and succession strategies.
Role Responsibilities

As the Regional Clinical Coordinator, your key responsibilities include:

  • Leading day-to-day clinical operations, collaborating with Professional Leads and Human Resources.
  • Creating and implementing robust workforce plans for each clinical discipline.
  • Developing and implementing strategies to attract and retain staff, supporting the organisational strategic plan.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • Relevant qualifications in health or a related field.
  • At least 5 years' clinical service delivery experience, including 2+ years in an operational/leadership role.
  • Proven ability to manage multidisciplinary teams across multiple locations.
