B2B Digital Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled B2B Digital Administrator to join our team at Australian Pharmaceutical Industries. As a key member of our digital operations team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth performance and management of our digital assets, including our B2B Ecommerce website, CRM, and API website.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Website performance and issue management
  • Collaboration with team members and customers on digital product enhancements
  • Monitoring website and product analytics to track key performance indicators
  • Supporting team members in content posting and analytics
  • Managing account and user access for the MyAPI website and related applications
  • Handling user permissions, password issues, and account activations/reactivations
  • Ensuring timely issue resolution, especially with any business-critical activities such as order processing

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in website and product administration
  • Proficient in content management, back-office tools, and handling incident/problem management
  • Skilled in stakeholder management
  • Deep understanding of content management systems
  • Knowledgeable in using analytics tools and interpreting data
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong time management skills
  • Strong analytical abilities for data analysis and providing insights
  • Capable of troubleshooting digital product issues
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Quick to learn new systems and processes
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
