Sales Manager Job Summary

We are seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to join our team at Marriott. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for implementing sales initiatives and leading day-to-day activities related to sales. Your primary focus will be on building long-term, value-based customer relationships that enable achievement of sales objectives and personal sales goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients through regular communication and networking.
  • Understand and utilize company marketing initiatives to convert cold leads to warm leads.
  • Presents hotel benefits and features based on customer needs.
  • Utilizes negotiation skills and creative selling abilities to uncover new business.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve property objectives.
  • Support the hotel's service and relationship strategy.
  • Develop and manage relationships with key stakeholders.

About You

  • You are a proactive individual who is results-oriented with excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • You have the ability to work autonomously and are proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
  • You are able to leverage business intelligence from Sales & Marketing Platforms and software data sources to generate leads.
