Job Title: Safety and Compliance Systems Coordinator

We are seeking a dedicated professional to play a pivotal role in ensuring our business systems are efficient, user-friendly, and fully aligned with compliance and operational excellence across our projects.

This is a key IT position — it's about partnering with project teams, supporting frontline workers, and keeping our systems running smoothly and efficiently. The successful candidate will be responsible for administering HSEQ platforms, maintaining data accuracy, driving reporting and insights, and supporting users across the business.

  • Administer HSEQ platforms including DoneSafe, Power BI, 3DS, and prequalification portals (e.g., Rapid Global, Damstra, Avetta, Pegasus).
  • Provide front-line technical support and system training to internal and external users.
  • Monitor data for consistency and accuracy across platforms.
  • Generate reports, dashboards, and insights to support project and compliance outcomes.
  • Manage and control project and safety documentation across systems.
  • Assist with audits, contractor prequalification's, and compliance submissions.
  • Identify system improvements and assist with upgrades and new implementations.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Experience administering digital HSEQ, compliance, or workflow systems, ideally in construction or infrastructure.
  2. Familiarity with platforms such as DoneSafe, 3DS, Rapid Global, Pegasus, Aconex, or similar tools.
  3. Strong data analysis and reporting skills using Power BI, Excel, or system dashboards.
  4. High attention to detail with a focus on data integrity and accuracy.
  5. Strong communication skills, with the ability to train and support a variety of users.
  6. Competence in SharePoint, Microsoft 365, and document control systems.
  7. Certificate or Diploma in WHS, Business Systems, Data Management, or a related field.
  8. A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.
