Your Role

As a Senior Hospitality Services Manager with Marriott Food & Beverage, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences throughout the complete food and beverage journey.

You will assist with restaurant service periods, tending to guests and exceeding their expectations. Your key responsibilities include:

  • Engaging and inspiring guests throughout their stay.
  • Maintaining outlet cleanliness and ensuring all checklists are completed daily with a focus on attention to detail.
  • Understanding guest requirements and delivering service excellence with each customer experience.
  • Collaborating with your Food and Beverage team in general operational tasks.
  • Assisting with bar service periods, tending, stocking, and cleaning the bar.
  • Fulfilling special banquet event arrangements requested by guests and attending to in-house events.
  • Replenishing buffet items to ensure consistency and freshness in presentation from opening to closing.
  • Building and strengthening relationships with existing and new customers, anticipating their needs and enabling future bookings.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • An up-to-date RSA certification.
  • Relevant experience in a similar role.
  • Working rights in Australia.
  • A proven track record of escalating your career.
  • Self-motivation, drive, and energy in a fast-paced environment.

Ranging between $65,000 to $85,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
