Key Responsibilities
  • Operations Management: Oversee daily activities to guarantee an exceptional guest experience.
  • Leadership and Training: Lead, train, and motivate a team of skilled food and beverage staff.
  • Budgeting and Reporting: Manage forecasts, budgets, and reports for F&B operations, driving revenue growth through strategic planning.
  • Menu Planning and Promotions: Develop and implement successful menu plans and promotions to attract and retain customers.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Foster strong relationships with other departments to maintain high standards across the venue.
  • Food Safety and Hygiene: Uphold and enforce rigorous food safety and hygiene standards.
Requirements
  • Proven Leadership Experience: Demonstrated success in a food and beverage management role, preferably with a focus on operations and leadership.
  • Strong Financial Acumen: Excellent budgeting, forecasting, and reporting skills, with experience managing financial aspects of F&B operations.
  • Excellent Customer Service: A proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with colleagues and clients.
  • Adaptability and Initiative: Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and take the initiative to drive improvements and innovation.
Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per annum
