The role oversees the entire lifecycle of program development, from planning and implementation to evaluation and reporting. This ensures the adoption of best practices and achievement of key performance indicators.

**Program Overview**

The position will be involved in all stages of planning, implementation, evaluation, reporting and ongoing management and sustainability of these programs to facilitate the adoption of best practices to achieve program Key Performance Indicators (KPI)

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Lead every phase of program development to drive key practices and achieve KPIs.
- Monthly Paid Allocated Day Off (ADO) plus annual leave for full-time staff.

**Essential Criteria:**

- Qualification: Bachelor or higher degree in any of the following - Population Health, Health Promotion, Public Health, Education, or other relevant degree

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

- Relevant tertiary qualifications at graduate level or above in: population health, health promotion, public health or other health related areas
- Demonstrated experience in project planning, implementation, evaluation and dissemination of best practice interventions (especially in the area of childhood obesity prevention)
- Demonstrated effective organisational skills, problem solving skills and computer skills

- Understanding of issues that impact on service delivery in relation to social disadvantage, Aboriginal and culturally and linguistically diverse (CALD) communities
