Senior Fleet Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a skilled Heavy Vehicle Road Transport Mechanic to join our dedicated maintenance team in Dubbo. As part of this full-time role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality servicing, diagnostics, and repairs across our diverse fleet.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in maintaining and repairing trucks, floats, light vehicles, and construction equipment. You will collaborate with supervisors and suppliers to maintain fleet efficiency and availability, and support roadworthy inspections and complete service documentation accurately.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain and repair heavy vehicles, including trucks, floats, and construction equipment.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure fleet efficiency and availability.
- Support roadworthy inspections and complete service documentation accurately.
- Promote a safe working environment and contribute to safety-focused meetings.
- At least 2 years' experience as a Heavy Vehicle Mechanic.
- Certificate III in Heavy Commercial Vehicle Mechanical Technology or equivalent.
- Current Driver's Licence (HR or HC desirable).
- White Card.
- Strong fault-finding and repair skills across drivetrains, hydraulics, and suspension.
- Effective communicator and team player.
- Physically fit and willing to work flexible hours.
