Job Overview

The role of Clinical Education Specialist involves delivering innovative training solutions to medical, nursing and healthcare professionals across hospitals in Victoria and Tasmania.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement education programs for existing and new customers.
  • Develop large-scale training initiatives.
  • Address clinical and product-related issues promptly.
  • Provide clinical support and deliver training to internal sales teams.
  • Conduct market analysis and share findings with the team.
Essential Qualifications:
  • Holding a Registered Nurse qualification with current Div. 1 AHPRA registration.
  • Several years of acute hospital nursing experience.
  • Clinical experience in ED, ICU, CCU, HDU, peri-operative and anaesthetics preferred.
  • Effective presentation skills to engage learners.
  • Strong time and project management skills, with attention to detail.
  • Ability to apply problem-solving skills under pressure.
Further Requirements:
  • Valid working rights in Australia/NZ.
  • Full driver's licence.
  • Ability to travel within Australia and New Zealand as required, with occasional overseas travel.
  • Fully vaccinated against COVID-19.
