Healthcare Solutions Training Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional with expertise in health information management and clinical coding. Your role will involve:

  • Delivering live classroom- and web-based training sessions, incorporating blended learning concepts.

  • Mentoring internal teams, contributing to project implementations, and participating in corporate programs/initiatives.

As a Health Information Management specialist, you will have a strong foundation in:

  • Health information management principles and practices.

  • Clinical coding qualifications and experience.

Key Skills and Qualifications

  • 10 years' experience in health information management/clinical coding.

  • Relevant health information management and clinical coding qualifications.

  • Eligibility for full membership to HIMAA.

  • Experience as Clinical Documentation Specialist or Healthcare Trainer.

  • Knowledgeable in Electronic Medical Record workflows and systems.

  • Strong organizational skills, effective communication, and ability to work independently.

Work location: This role can be performed remotely with occasional travel required.
