About the Role

The City of Coffs Harbour is seeking an experienced and knowledgeable Property Services Officer to join the Commercial Business Group. As a Property Services Officer, you will be responsible for preparing and managing leases and licenses for City-owned properties, providing guidance to asset owners, and supporting general property matters.

Key Responsibilities

  • Preparing and managing leases and licenses for City-owned properties
  • Providing guidance to asset owners on property matters
  • Supporting general property matters, including debtors and creditors related to City property assets
  • Assisting in communication processes with the public regarding City property assets

Requirements

  • Qualifications in Property Services or Property Valuation or similar
  • Current experience and knowledge of leasing, valuation, and property matters in a commercial setting
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, including good negotiation skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and time management skills

  • Starting salary from $82,000 with superannuation
  • Permanent Full Time position with 35 hours per week
  • Brand new office location at Yarrila Place
