About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Claims Processor to join our team. As a Claims Processor, you will play a critical role in processing claims and providing excellent customer service.

  • Manage weekly payments of entitlements
  • Perform data entry for individual claims portfolios
  • Deal with high-risk calls while maintaining empathy and understanding
  • Process claims requests in adherence to policies, laws, and regulations
  • CIP (Community Integration Program) Claims

Required Expertise

">
  • Customer service experience within a medical or corporate environment
  • Strong written and interpersonal skills, including effective liaison with patients, medical, paramedical, and legal practitioners
  • Sensitivity to issues related to people with medical, cultural, and social needs
  • Technically capable of working across multiple platforms and troubleshooting systems
  • Claims management activities, such as file noting
  • Ability to work in a rapidly changing, high-pressure environment
  • Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident
