
Claims Portfolio Specialist

Job Opportunity:
We are seeking a skilled professional to manage end-to-end claims within defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs). The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with regulations such as the Superannuation Industry (Supervision) Act and Super Code.
You will manage your own claim portfolio, perform quality assurance tasks, and coach administrators to address quality gaps. Additionally, you will handle complex enquiries, provide input for Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and support complaint management activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage claims work items within agreed SLAs and communicate potential risks for corrective action
- Manage claim portfolios accurately, ensuring compliance with SLAs, business rules, and regulations
- Perform quality assurance tasks and end-to-end claim reviews to ensure proficient case management
- Assist with incident remediation and handle complex enquiries raised internally and externally
- Provide SME input for SOPs and ensure all actions are completed within agreed timeframes
