Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-focused senior cartage coordinator to assume key responsibilities in our supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate cartage movements to ensure efficient transportation of goods
  • Liaise with clients to expedite cargo delivery and resolve any issues that may arise
  • Liaise with transport companies and internal departments regarding shipment status and updates
  • Calculate and prepare shipment charges according to company policies
  • Request, monitor and process payment of invoices in a timely manner
  • Advise carriers of time slot requests and confirm delivery requirements with customers
Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess experience in freight forwarding (cartage) with a strong understanding of logistics and supply chain operations. They should be able to take the lead and work independently with minimal supervision.
