About This Opportunity

A Supply Chain Logistics Coordinator plays a pivotal role in ensuring inventory is efficiently replenished across all Coles DCs while minimizing out-of-stocks situations and inventory write-offs.

Responsibilities

  • Replenish yoghurt and dessert stock in Coles Warehouses nationally, ensuring maximum inbound availability and store availability.
  • Accurately forecast and align with Coles forecasting.
  • Proactively manage and resolve service issues on a daily basis.
  • Communicate between stakeholders on customer service matters.
  • Contribute to improvements in areas of responsibility, including tools and systems.
  • Involvement in customer supply chain projects as required.

Requirements

  • Degree qualification in Business, Supply Chain, or similar field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
  • Understanding of supply planning principles.
  • Strong negotiating skills.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Continuous improvement mindset.
  • FMC/retail experience.
  • SAP experience.
