Logistics Coordinator Role

This is a role within our organisation responsible for coordinating and processing domestic, import, and export shipments. The coordinator will work closely with internal teams to ensure timely and efficient movement of goods.

Responsibilities:
  • Process and coordinate shipments in accordance with regulatory requirements.
  • Communicate order information to relevant parties, including brokers and customers.
  • Verify product delivery information and ensure correct transportation providers are chosen based on product type and destination.
  • Prepare necessary documentation for shipment.
  • Collaborate with warehouse teams to ensure accurate packaging and repackaging of products.
  • Adhere to company policies, rules, and regulations while promoting a culture of quality and continuous improvement.
Requirements:
  • Tertiary education in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or Logistics.
  • At least 1 year's experience in logistics and supply chain related work.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office tools and automated systems.
  • Fluent business English communication skills.
  • Highly collaborative and team player with proactive thinking.
