Position Overview
As a Client Relationship Manager, you will oversee a diverse portfolio of clients within the building and construction sector, focusing on medium to large residential builders with intricate insurance needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional client service to foster strong relationships and ensure client satisfaction.
- Manage the daily operations of client insurance policy renewals, new business acquisition, home warranty insurance, and endorsements.
- Identify and pursue upselling and cross-selling opportunities for relevant insurance products.
- Engage with clients through various communication channels, including phone and in-person meetings.
- Negotiate terms with insurers and clients for risks that fall outside standard underwriting guidelines.
- Achieve targeted revenue goals for client retention and growth of existing and new business.
- Provide mentorship and training to team members, fostering a collaborative environment.
- Manage relationships with stakeholders, including industry contacts and internal teams.
Qualifications and Skills
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A well-rounded background in client servicing and sales within the insurance sector.
- Relevant insurance experience that enhances our cohesive team dynamic.
- A proactive approach to exceeding both team and individual performance objectives in a dynamic work environment.
- Knowledge of Home Warranty regulations in both NSW and VIC is advantageous.
- Strong motivation and initiative in managing your work and client portfolio.
- Proven experience in team management, mentoring, and leading in a fast-paced setting.
- Excellent negotiation and influencing capabilities.
- Tier 1 Insurance Broking qualifications.
