Program Lead - Disability Support

The role of the Program Lead is to provide support and guidance to children with intellectual disabilities. This includes assisting with daily tasks, such as mealtimes and toileting, as well as providing opportunities for skill development through coaching and mentoring.

In this position, you will work closely with a small group of children and teens, getting to know their individual needs and preferences. You will be responsible for managing staff rostering to ensure that workers are matched with clients appropriately, and for providing feedback and coaching to team members on positive behavior support.

To be successful in this role, you will require an NDIS Worker Screening Check, First Aid & CPR certification, and COVID 19 Immunisations and booster. Bulleen Heights School provides education to children with disabilities, and TheirCarePlus delivers the highest quality NDIS-funded programs for primary school-aged children and teens.
