Disability Services Leadership Role

The Disability Services Leadership role is a strategic and operational leadership position that assists in providing leadership for disability day programs and residential houses.

This leadership role will assist in identifying and implementing initiatives that positions the organization as an industry leader in high-quality, competitive, innovative, and sustainable disability programs.

  • Leading teams to operationalize strategic objectives of centre-based and supported independent living services.
  • Capitalizing on opportunities for service expansion in line with strategic objectives and the service plan.
  • Identifying, assessing, and implementing new service streams for disability services.

Successful candidates will have demonstrated experience working with NDIS-funded disability services and substantial experience in a similar management role within the disability services sector with evidence of successful team development and growth.

Required qualifications include leadership, disability, health, or human services. A strong understanding and application of consumer-driven funding models of support are also necessary. Additionally, a specific understanding of individualized NDIS funding in groups and SIL, targets, and deliverables associated with a person-centered framework, compliance, and funding obligations are required.

Candidates must demonstrate the ability to participate in a performance-driven environment and meet the following requirements: a national police check, international police check (if applicable), valid WWCC, and NDIS clearance. A full driver's license and travel between sites are also required.
