Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Salary Administrator to join our team. This role involves end-to-end processing of payroll for Australian and New Zealand employees, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation, awards, and company policies.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Australian and New Zealand payroll legislation and statutory obligations. They will be proficient in using payroll systems and possess excellent analytical and numerical skills.

In this role, you will prepare and reconcile payroll reports, maintain accurate payroll records and employee data, and resolve employee payroll queries in a professional and timely manner.

Collaboration with the HR and Finance teams is essential to ensure smooth integration of employee data and reporting. You will also support audits, reporting, and compliance processes as required.

Requirements
  • Minimum 2-3 years of payroll processing experience across Australia (NZ experience highly desirable)
  • Proficiency with payroll system ADP beneficial
  • Strong understanding of Australian and New Zealand payroll legislation and statutory obligations
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills
  • High level of integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
