Main Responsibilities:
  • Full-function salary delivery, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely processing throughout the employee lifecycle.
  • Managing contract updates, new starters, and terminations, while ensuring compliance with relevant tax, superannuation, and award obligations.
  • Providing advice to employees on salary, policy updates, and entitlements, and performing quality control checks and supporting internal audits.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 4-5 years' experience in salary administration, preferably in a mid-sized or complex organization.
  • Strong knowledge of Modern Awards, tax, and superannuation obligations, and salary legislation.
  • Proficiency in Excel and salary/accounting systems, excellent attention to detail, communication, and problem-solving skills.
