About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Promotions Operations Manager to join our team in the financial industry, specifically focusing on CFDs (Contracts for Difference). This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional to oversee and execute promotional campaigns from an operational and quality assurance perspective.

Key Responsibilities
  • Campaign Execution & Support: Coordinate end-to-end execution of promotions and campaigns, working closely with Marketing, CRM, and Compliance teams. Prepare campaign briefs and terms & conditions.
  • Operations & Compliance: Ensure all promotions comply with local regulatory requirements and internal policies. Liaise with compliance for promotional approvals and maintain accurate promotion records.
  • Platform & Tool Coordination: Use CRM tools, promotion engines, and backend dashboards to set up and monitor campaigns. Collaborate with Tech/Dev teams to test and QA promotional mechanics before go-live.
  • QA and Process Improvement: Conduct QA reviews of promotions and client account setups to ensure eligibility criteria and CRM configurations align with promotion rules. Identify recurring errors, provide QA insights, document customer feedback, and integrate findings into process improvements.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in an operations role within the CFD industry or another financial industry.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to oversee multiple projects concurrently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
  • Quick learner with the ability to absorb and apply information efficiently.
  • Team player with excellent collaboration skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with advanced Excel skills being an advantage.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Chinese (Mandarin).
