About the Role

As a Client Promotions Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for coordinating end-to-end execution of promotions and campaigns.

  • Campaign Execution & Support: Coordinate the setup and execution of promotional activities (e.g. deposit bonuses, trading competitions).
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure campaign objectives are met.

To succeed in this role, you will need strong project management skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement campaign briefs and terms and conditions.
  • Ensure all promotions comply with regulatory requirements and internal company policies.
  • Maintain accurate promotion records, including logs and trackers.
  • Use CRM tools and backend dashboards to set up and monitor campaigns.
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of experience in an operations team within the financial industry.
  • Strong project management skills with a proven ability to oversee multiple projects concurrently.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Quick learner with the ability to absorb and apply information efficiently.
  • A team player with excellent collaboration skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (advanced Excel skills an advantage).
