Cover-More Group is seeking a highly skilled Senior Reporting and Insights Analyst to join our Operational Excellence & Continuous Improvement Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving operational efficiency and fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage analytics initiatives to improve operations and customer experience, focusing on new and enhanced reporting solutions.
- Provide data-driven insights and analysis that supports business decisions and process improvements.
- Use BI tools and SQL to automate and enhance operational performance reporting.
- Develop and deliver operational reports and dashboards to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics.
- Identify issues and provide recommendations using data modeling and analytical reasoning sourced from multiple data sources.
- Seek opportunities for process improvement and automation to boost reporting efficiency.
- Support projects and change initiatives by providing data-driven evidence and impact analysis.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement through reporting mechanisms that measure the benefits of improvement projects.
- Collaborate with teams and stakeholders to improve customer outcomes, ensuring data accuracy and clear communication throughout the organization.
- Empower leaders with timely and high-quality performance data, reports, and insights.
- Deliver meaningful reports through both written and spoken mediums to stakeholders at operational and executive levels.
- Stay updated on industry best practices in operational reporting and apply them to internal processes.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in operational reporting, data analysis, or a similar role within the insurance or financial services sector.
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools and business intelligence software.
- Excellent analytical skills with keen attention to detail.
- Strong commercial acumen.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Experience with digitization and automation for process improvements.
- Ability to communicate insights from complex data clearly and concisely to stakeholders at all levels.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
