Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Systems Architect to join our team at Hays Recruitment. As a key member of our technology team, you will be responsible for designing and delivering best-in-class architectural solutions.

About the Role

This is a senior-level position that requires strong experience as an architect within a top-tier software or technology company. You will be a forward thinker with a passion for designing and delivering innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement high-level, strategic solution designs and explore solution alternatives.
  • Work closely with Release Train Engineers to ensure seamless delivery of solutions.
  • Engage with stakeholders to drive the best outcome for the wider business.
  • Take responsibility for software architecture throughout the development lifecycle, considering system constraints and enterprise architecture strategic directions.
  • Enable the Continuous Delivery Pipeline and DevOps.

Requirements

  • Strong experience as an architect within a top-tier software or technology company.
  • Knowledge of a major cloud provider.
  • Experience of working in Agile environments.
  • Ability to communicate with and successfully engage senior stakeholders.
  • Strong experience and knowledge of microservices architecture.
